Job 36:27-29

²⁷For he draws up the drops of water,
    he^[a] distils his mist in rain
²⁸which the skies pour down,
    and drop upon man abundantly.
²⁹Can any one understand the spreading of the clouds,
    the thunderings of his pavilion?
